This white sage smudge stick is used to UP your protection against anything negative, weird and toxic. It’s used to clear energy while restoring balance, peace and spiritual healing and growth.

INSTRUCTIONS ❗️: These are THICK sage sticks. Point the tip down and light the sage from the bottom up so that the air draws it into the leaves and it burns evenly. Try using a candle lighter or MATCH light the sage, let it burn for about 20-35 seconds and then gently blow out the flame so that you see the smoke make sure it’s pointed down. ❗️
